Overview

324ce

Watch Video

Featuring solid mahogany back, sides and top, the Grand Auditorium 324ce serves up a remarkably balanced tone profile in a package that also offers a relaxed, accommodating feel. The slender Taylor neck and comfortable body shape make it easy to get the most of this model's warmth and midrange focus, which also yields a smooth attack thanks to the hardwood top's natural compression effect. Perfect for recording applications but with enough power for live play alongside other musicians, the 324ce is ready for virtually any musical scenario. Visual touches include a satin edgeburst color treatment, a firestripe pickguard and Gemstone inlays in Italian acrylic. And with built-in ES2 electronics and an included hardshell case, you're ready to go wherever your music takes you.

Features

Meaty Mahogany Midrange

Rich midrange, vintage warmth and familiar Taylor playability define the all-solid-mahogany 324ce Grand Auditorium.

Grand Auditorium

Our flagship shape offers comfort and cross-genre utility, with a clear, balanced tone suited for both fingerstyle and strumming.

Mahogany

Dry and woody with clear, potent midrange. Strong fundamental focus with controlled overtones.

Mahogany

Like koa, mahogany produces a midrange-focused voice with strong fundamentals and controlled overtones. Opens up over time to sound warmer and sweeter.

Expression System® 2

The Expression System® 2 captures more of a guitar’s dynamic properties using a breakthrough behind-the-saddle design.

Venetian Cutaway

The Venetian cutaway is known for its soft, round lines. The sloping peak of the cutaway will vary depending on the shape of the body.

V-Class Bracing

Our patented V-Class bracing is a revolutionary new pattern — a new sonic engine — that marks a major shift away from traditional steel-string bracing patterns.

Big Deep Tone for Days! A real "cannon" according to my friends.

5 out of 5 stars Edgar

I've had this guitar for about a year. It is one of the loudest acoustic guitars I've ever heard. Neck plays like a dream, and the tone is amazing. I wasn't planning to buy a guitar that day, but I had a chance to play it and could not leave the store without it. I have several guitars in a variety of price ranges, and this one is still at the top of my playing list

Warm sound of Mahogany

5 out of 5 stars Bobby

Purchased this guitar about a year ago. I love the sound of Mahogany vs my other guitar the 414CEr Rosewood and Spruce top. The sound of the Mahogany is a much warmer sound which I enjoy over the Rosewood/Spruce. I would recommend this guitar to anyone who enjoys a warmer guitar sound.

Taylor 324 CE

5 out of 5 stars Teaman

Bought my 324CE on March 2024 and it is by far the best acoustic I will ever own. The quality construction is only superseded by the tone of this instrument. Love it!
